Community Minibus Trips - July

We have put together a selection of minibus runs for July which have come from previous suggestions. If you have any further suggested routes, please let us know. Any feedback greatly appreciated.

We are trying to cover some events at BCC and help community groups where possible but whilst we have the temporary hire vehicle, we cannot allow groups to hire that vehicle.

As part of our proposed minibus runs for July, we have put on two evening pick ups from Inverness; a condition of the funding that we have for this project is to support the current bus service and promote it's use. With this in mind, if anyone wanted to book this service to get back from town, you could get the no14 bus leaving Whitebridge at 16.26 (school holiday times) or the no 302 from Foyers at 18.43.

To clarify, SFCT are running the Community Minibus and we will publish runs that you can book on but are not a private taxi service so cannot be booked as such but will try to help community groups where possible. BCC run a Transport Scheme that you can call on for getting out and about. This is a volunteer drivers scheme and operates in the area of Stratherrick and Foyers. Journeys of a further distance can be arranged with notice and appts to Raigmore Hospital or Inverness can also be supported. To book this service, please call - 07944 228830 to arrange.
