5 WINTER WONDERLAND THINGS FOR A FRIDAY

It’s Winter Wonderland Weekend at the Wildside Centre, Whitebridge on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th from 4pm to 8pm. Behind the scenes volunteers, Board Members, Staff Members and contractors have been spending hours, days, week and several months planning the event and we’d love to see you here listening to the school children singing carols from 4pm each day. Many thanks to everyone involved in putting this annual event together.

1. Santa will be giving out presents to over 100 children over the two days from his warm and cosy winter home.

2. You can see the grounds of the Wildside Centre lit up in a lighting extravaganza. Is that a lion, the witch and the wardrobe lamppost I see there? It might very well be! A little bit of Narnia in the Highlands.

3. On Friday Santa is bringing his reindeers for one night only. They have their very own paddock to relax in before flying off for their work on Christmas Eve.

4. Get that extra special and unique Christmas present for your loved ones in our Christmas Market. Some stunning gifts will be available.

5. There is also plenty of refreshments. Come and have a warm mulled wine with a very large teddy bear and don’t forget to bring your pennies for donations and raffle tickets.
