Local Inverness motor dealer Dicksons has committed to meeting the costs of putting twelve young Highland drivers through their tuition and driving tests in 2024. Applicants should be under 24.

Getting a driving licence nowadays is not as simple or inexpensive to obtains as it was 50 years ago, when you just had to drive round the town for a few minutes without colliding with anything.

Dicksons, the Nissan and Kia dealer on Inverness Carsegate Road is offering free tuition and tests for 12 lucky young applicants. If this will help you, your family or anyone you know in Stratherrick and Foyers, give them the nod today. Applications are through www.dicksonsofinverness.co.uk and the judges will select twelve drivers in December to benefit.
