5 THINGS FOR A FRIDAY
Q&A TODAY
As part of our work to improve communication about the Trust we are launching a monthly Q&A with the Trust Manager and hopefully someone from the Board. The first is today at 10am to 11am with Kirsty Balfour. This month we are concentrating on the Community Action Plan. Future events will be in person/hybrid the first Wednesday morning of every month but this month is on Zoom. Join here https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89156520817?pwd=anRCVHlQZ3NxaVRhbFY5V0QrT2pKZz09&fbclid=IwAR3JVH_t4Q-XPZYNECTtZC-q-dDLBIrmh1YTBpZds0qZ_wl2_sN0WzYMdnI
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU HAVE TO DO TODAY IF READING THIS IS….
Did you read the Community Action Plan and think ‘I Can Do That’. Then FILL OUT THE SKILLS AND VOLUNTEER SURVEY https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/SFCSkillsSurvey
Thanks to everyone who has filled it out so far.
BOARD MET ON WEDNESDAY
The Board met on Wednesday and finished up at 9.30pm, which is pretty good. Community Enterprise was in attendance as we review our governance and ways we can improve. After the initial introduction and group work the Board and Staff will be approached individually as we review the organisation and how we work.

ERROGIE CHURCH CONSULTATION
Many of you will have seen information about the upcoming Errogie Church consultation event at The Wildside Centre next week and we thought it would be helpful to explain what it is all about.
What is it?
The consultation event is a drop-in session being held over two days, the evening of Thursday 10th and during the day on Saturday 12th February and is open to the whole community. It will give you the opportunity to chat to members of the team leading the project, members of the Steering Group, and the Architects who are involved in the design. The project Directors have worked hard with the Steering Group on narrowing down thoughts on the function, design and feel of the building – now it is your turn to have your say!
How does it work?
As mentioned previously, this is a drop-in session. There will be no scary presentations and no complicated diagrams, this is an opportunity to share ideas and have a blether with other community members. There will post-it notes for you to scribble on, pictures for you to look at and tea, coffee and biscuits! Come and join us for 10 minutes or 2 hours!
Why should I attend?
Errogie Church will be a community space that everyone who lives in the strath can use, and we would love to hear your views on the project – good or bad – and it would be great to hear some voices from beyond Errogie! As well as gathering your thoughts and ideas, the team will be on hand to answer any questions you have, so please come along for a chat, a cuppa and a biscuit!
A reminder of the times and dates:
Thursday 10th February: 5pm – 8.30pm
Saturday 12th February: 11am – 2.30pm
