Trust Elects New Directors at AGM

The Stratherrick and Foyers Community Trust had a 'hybrid' Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 24th November at the Wildside Centre and via Zoom.

Introduced by Chair Kirsty Balfour the evening saw Directors give a short update on each project as part of the Chair's report, the final Finance Report from Frank Ellam, goodbyes to leaving Directors and hello's to new Directors.

The evening said a farewell to Jillian Barclay, Russell Bain, Chris Finlay and Frank Ellam. The meeting took time to give a vote of thanks to Frank for his dedicated years of service.

At the following Board meeting Kirsty Balfour was elected Chair and Gareth Jones Vice Chair.

Four new members were elected to the Board (at the meeting and a subsequent Board Meeting). The Board is (from left to right in the picture above without masks) Gareth Jones (Vice Chair), Maureen McGuire (new), Mark Sutherland (new), Catriona Fraser, Chris Gerkhe, Maire Brown (new), Kirsty Balfour (Chair), Lorraine Lewis and Ken Sinclair (new).

Thank you to everyone who took the time to attend, those who stood down for their work over the last year and those newly elected Directors.
