The Black Isle Farmers Society Bursary Scheme for young people (18 to 26) is currently closed for applications, but is expected to open again in March 2023.

Back in 2021 twelve awards were made to applicants in the agriculture sector.

Three recipients of bursaries have made short videos about how the awards have helped them with the costs of training and career development.

The scheme benefits those in the Highlands and Islands and includes Stratherrick and Foyers. If you are interested in a vocational or educational qualification, keep a look out for the scheme application dates early next year.
