COMMUNITY ACTION PLAN LAUNCH
The Community Action Plan will be launched at an event in the Wildside Centre on Friday 19th November. It will also be a thank you to volunteers in the local community for the work they have done over the last eighteen months in particular. Due to Covid restrictions this event has bene invite only but you will be able to watch it online too!
From next week the Plan will be shared online and we will be delivering physical copies across the area to people we have addresses for over the next couple of weeks.
You can watch the Community Action Plan launch event on Zoom.

SKILLS AND VOLUNTEER AUDIT
Once you have had time to read the plan you might think “I can help with that”. We will send out a Local Skills and Volunteer Survey to see what help you can give to make the Community Action Plan come to life. You don’t have to join a committee to help – you just need will, drive and determination. More information on that soon!
FIVE FOLKS FOR A FRIDAY
How can you relate the Community Action Plan?
Meet Jim, 68, a retired estate worker.
Meet Claire, 34, who has part time jobs in a local hotel.
Meet Ryan, 16, who is at secondary school.
Meet Amy, 22, who is a recent arts graduate.
Meet Paul, 52, a financial consultant.
