GOING LIVE SOON
We are looking for consultants to work on the pre-planning conditions for the Riverside Fields Sports and Recreation Project. We will be looking for a landscape architect (see below) and further details will go live soon for a archaeologist, acoustician, civil engineer and a arboroculturist.
Stratherrick and Foyers Community Trust have, over recent years and through community consultation, defined and achieved planning consent for a local amenity-based project known as Riverside Field in Foyers. The Trust now wish to move forward with implementation of the project and to do so must first discharge all of the conditions associated with the planning consents obtained.
We write to invite a quotation from you in respect of Landscape Architecture services for investigation, design and reporting sufficient to discharge the conditions detailed on the enclosed Planning Decision Notices. We have also enclosed a Design Statement and a phasing proposal to inform you of the location, scale and nature of the project.
We would be most grateful if you would confirm receipt of this invitation and your intention to submit a quotation. Quotation to be returned by Monday 29th May 2023.
When submitting your quotation please provide the following:
- An example of recent relevant similar work.
- A CV for your lead team member.
- A written scope of work that you envisage is required to discharge the planning conditions.
- Fee proposal
Please include within your fee proposal for 3No in-person meetings with local community representatives in order they may inform your design brief and review developing and final proposals.
Should you have any questions relating to the project or the requested commission, please do not hesitate to contact Caroline Tucker at pc@sfctrust.org.uk
