New stained glass window at Errogie Church nears completion!

We are extremely pleased to be able to share with the community that the new stained glass window, designed in collaboration between Stratherrick, Foyers & latterly Aldourie primary school pupils, FIRA, and the Artists Jacqueline Briggs and Diyanne Ross, has now arrived at Errogie Church!

Following the unveiling of the proposed design at Stratherrick Primary School back in March, the design was handed over to Diyanne. Her part in the project was to create the window from Jacqueline’s design. In order to ensure smooth transition, the two artists, alongside Caroline Tucker (who was facilitating the project) worked together on the technical details so that the design could be transformed into a lasting legacy for the children of the community.

The window has now arrived in Errogie Church and we are now taking steps to get it installed safely. As you will be aware, there is a further programme of works scheduled for Errogie over the coming months. On completion of this, we look forward to welcoming everyone who was involved in this project, and the wider community, into Errogie Church to see the finished product in its final location!
