The Pathways Group invites you to a community event that explores the potential development of a pathways based app. This is your opportunity to help shape an app which will provide the community with a tool to enhance both the wellbeing and health of those who live in our community and also grow the local economy through more sustainable tourism.
β Join us on Saturday 8th February 2025, 1.30 -5.30pm at the Wildside Centre, Whitebridge β
π― What’s in Store?
βοΈ Early afternoon: Take part in a guided walk along a local path that the Pathways Group have promoted locally through the ‘Walk the Walk’ campaign. Learn about one of the path improvements completed by the Group and explore how a pathways-based app will also help to enhance awareness of our local heritage, culture and biodiversity.
βοΈ Mid afternoon: Enjoy tea and cake while chatting with members of the Pathways Group and Angus Turner from Zudu, our app development partner. Take the opportunity to browse the work of the Pathways Group and how the idea of an app was conceived
And then…
βοΈ Take part in an informative and interactive session led by Graeme and Angus in an idea-sharing session that will help to shape the design and features of the app.
At this event, your voice matters. We’re not just unveiling ideas; we’re asking for yours. Together, this will ensure the app reflects the aspirations of everyone in our community.
More information on the event will follow but we hope that you will be able to join us on Saturday 8th February.
You can show your interest by following the dedicated event page which has been setup on Facebook, please follow the link below to keep up to date with more information leading up to the day.
